CANCELLATION POLICY

Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled outside of the 24 hour window. This ensure that the appointment spot can be used for another client. Since self-employed therapists are paid per appointment, late cancels and no shows reduce our income. Thus, most have a late cancel/ no show full-fee payment policy.

Appointments cancelled within 24 hours will be charged the full fee.

Appointments that are a no-show, will also be charged a full fee.
